CommonGround volunteer Molly Aden shares a family fruit salad recipe named Sunshine Salad with Pure Nebraska viewers.

Sunshine Salad


  • 1 20oz can pineapple tidbits
  • 1 11oz can of mandarin oranges
  • 1 3.4oz pkg instant lemon pudding
  • 1 cup sliced banana


  • Drain pineapple & oranges, reserving juices.
  • Ina large bowl, combine pudding mix with juices.
  • Fold in pineapple, oranges and strawberries.
  • Chill for at least 2 hours.
  • Add bananas just before serving.
