CommonGround volunteer Molly Aden shares a family fruit salad recipe named Sunshine Salad with Pure Nebraska viewers.
- 1 20oz can pineapple tidbits
- 1 11oz can of mandarin oranges
- 1 3.4oz pkg instant lemon pudding
- 1 cup sliced banana
- Drain pineapple & oranges, reserving juices.
- Ina large bowl, combine pudding mix with juices.
- Fold in pineapple, oranges and strawberries.
- Chill for at least 2 hours.
- Add bananas just before serving.
