CommonGround volunteer Anita Keys shares her recipe for Baked Spaghetti with Pure Nebraska viewers.

Baked Spaghetti
Ingredients
- 8 oz. thin spaghetti
- 2 eggs
- 3 tablespoons Parmesan cheese
- 3 tablespoons butter, melted
- 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1 clove garlic or 1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
- 4 oz. cream cheese
- 1 pound hamburger, browned and drained
- 12 oz. spaghetti sauce
- 8 oz. shredded mozzarella or cheddar cheese
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°. Spray 9" square pan. Set aside.
- Cook spaghetti according to package directions, drain.
- Whisk together eggs, Parmesan cheese, butter. Toss into pasta. Place in pan.
- Combine Italian seasoning, garlic, cream cheese and sour cream. Spread over pasta.
- Combine hamburger and spaghetti sauce. Spread over cream cheese mixture. Cover with foil and bake 25 minutes.
- Remove from oven. Top with mozzarella or cheddar cheese. Bake uncovered 5-10 minutes to melt cheese.
