Pumpkin Ice Cream

Ingredients
  

  • 1 qt Ice Cream
  • ½ cup brown sugar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp nutmeg
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 small can pumpkin
  • Graham Cracker Crust
  • 1 stick butter softened
  • 2 sleeves of graham crackers
  • 2 Tb sugar

Instructions
 

  • Mix sugar and spices. Add pumpkin to spice and sugar.
  • Fold in softened ice cream.
  • Crust Instructions
  • Mix softened butter with graham cracker crumbs and sugar.
  • Press in the bottom of a 9 x 9 pan or pie pan.
  • Pour the Pumpkin Ice Cream over the top of the crust and freeze until set.
