Pumpkin Ice Cream

Ingredients

  • 1 qt Ice Cream
  • ½ cup brown sugar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp nutmeg
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 small can pumpkin
  • Graham Cracker Crust
  • 1 stick butter softened
  • 2 sleeves of graham crackers
  • 2 Tb sugar

Instructions

  1. Mix sugar and spices. Add pumpkin to spice and sugar.
  2. Fold in softened ice cream.
  3. Crust Instructions
  4. Mix softened butter with graham cracker crumbs and sugar.
  5. Press in the bottom of a 9 x 9 pan or pie pan.
  6. Pour the Pumpkin Ice Cream over the top of the crust and freeze until set.
