CommonGround volunteer Leslie Boswell shares her recipe for Pumpkin Ice Cream.

Pumpkin Ice Cream
Ingredients
- 1 qt Ice Cream
- ½ cup brown sugar
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp nutmeg
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 small can pumpkin
- Graham Cracker Crust
- 1 stick butter softened
- 2 sleeves of graham crackers
- 2 Tb sugar
Instructions
- Mix sugar and spices. Add pumpkin to spice and sugar.
- Fold in softened ice cream.
- Crust Instructions
- Mix softened butter with graham cracker crumbs and sugar.
- Press in the bottom of a 9 x 9 pan or pie pan.
- Pour the Pumpkin Ice Cream over the top of the crust and freeze until set.
