Cream Sauce for Meatballs

Ingredients

  • 1 tbs butter
  • 2 tbs flour
  • ¼ tsp dried thyme
  • 1 can chicken broth
  • 2 tbs minced parsley
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2/3 cup whipping cream

Instructions

  1. In sauce-pan melt butter.
  2. Stir in flour, salt and pepper.
  3. Add broth and cream.
  4. Bring to boil.
  5. Cook until gravy consistency.
  6. Drain meatballs.
  7. Pour sauce over meatballs.
  8. Serve with mashed potatoes.
