Cheeseburger Potato Soup


  • 6 cups chicken broth
  • 1 lb. hamburger
  • 1 lb. bacon
  • 2 lbs. hash-browns
  • 8 oz. cream cheese
  • 1 lb. Velveeta


  • Brown hamburger and drain.
  • Fry bacon until crispy and crumble.
  • Add all ingredients to a large pot and simmer until heated through and the cheese is melted. It will thicken as it simmers. If it is too thick, add more chicken broth.
