Cheeseburger Potato Soup
- 6 cups chicken broth
- 1 lb. hamburger
- 1 lb. bacon
- 2 lbs. hash-browns
- 8 oz. cream cheese
- 1 lb. Velveeta
- Brown hamburger and drain.
- Fry bacon until crispy and crumble.
- Add all ingredients to a large pot and simmer until heated through and the cheese is melted. It will thicken as it simmers. If it is too thick, add more chicken broth.
