Blueberry Buckle Coffee Cake

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups flour
  • ¾ cup sugar
  • ¼ cup oil
  • ¾ cup milk
  • 2 ½ teaspoon baking powder
  • ¾ teaspoon salt
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • Topping
  • ¼ cup brown sugar
  • ¼ cup white sugar
  • ½ cup oatmeal
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • ¼ cup softened butter

Instructions
 

  • Combine all your ingredients for the cake except the blueberries.
  • Stir until completely mixed.
  • Then fold in your blueberries.
  • Pour into a greased 9 x 9 pan.
  • Prepare the topping. Mix your sugars, oatmeal, and cinnamon together. Then with a fork, smash in your butter until everything has a little butter mixed with it. Sprinkle topping over the top of cake mixture. Bake at 375 degrees for 45-50 minutes.
