Blueberry Buckle Coffee Cake
Ingredients
- 2 cups flour
- ¾ cup sugar
- ¼ cup oil
- ¾ cup milk
- 2 ½ teaspoon baking powder
- ¾ teaspoon salt
- 1 egg
- 1 cup blueberries
- Topping
- ¼ cup brown sugar
- ¼ cup white sugar
- ½ cup oatmeal
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- ¼ cup softened butter
Instructions
- Combine all your ingredients for the cake except the blueberries.
- Stir until completely mixed.
- Then fold in your blueberries.
- Pour into a greased 9 x 9 pan.
- Prepare the topping. Mix your sugars, oatmeal, and cinnamon together. Then with a fork, smash in your butter until everything has a little butter mixed with it. Sprinkle topping over the top of cake mixture. Bake at 375 degrees for 45-50 minutes.
