Lay out one sheet of the puff pastry.
Cover edge to edge with the Nutella spread.
Sprinkle cinnamonsugar mixture over the top, saving just a little to sprinkle on top when you are done.
Lay the second sheet of puff pastry over the prepared sheet.
Press edges together.
Slice into eight or tenstrips and twist to make a bread stick-looking twist.
Place twists on a cookie sheet covered in parchment paper or silicone sheet so it doesn’t stick.
Brush with egg wash and sprinkle with the remaining cinnamon mixture.
Bake at 350 degrees for about 20 minutes, keep an eye on it, you want it golden brown.
Store in ziplock bags.
