CommonGround Nebraska volunteer Paula Peterson shares her Protein Bites recipe with Pure Nebraska viewers.
- 1 1/2 Cups Old Fashioned Rolled Oats
- 1 Cup Natural Peanut Butter
- 1/4 Cup Honey
- 1/4 Cup Chocolate Chips
- 1/2 Teaspoon Cinnamon
- 1/2 Cup Coconut (shredded)
Add all ingredents to a bowl and mix together.
Scoop and place in a container.
Refrigerate for 2-3 hours.
*Store in the refrigerator
