Slow Cooker Chicken Thighs (Bone In)

  • 6 Chicken Thighs (bone in)
  • Salt as needed
  • Chicken Seasoning
  • ½ teaspoon Paprika
  • ¼ teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • ¼ teaspoon Onion Powder
  • ¼ teaspoon Oregano
  • 1 dash Cayenne pepper


  1. Lightly sprinkle chicken with salt on each side.
  2. In a small dish combine chicken seasoning and blend together. Sprinkle liberally over chicken thighs.
  3. Arrange chicken thighs in a single layer at the bottom of a 6-quart slow cooker, skin side up. Turn on low and let cook for 4 hours. Chicken will surpass 165 degrees when measured with a meat thermometer.
