CommonGround Nebraska volunteer Paula Peterson shares her recipe for Chicken Mozzarella Salad Wrap with Pure Nebraska.
• 5 Ounces Cooked Chicken Breast –
• 1 Ounce Mozzarella –
• 1/2 Cup Spinach –
• 1 1/2 Cup Chopped Avacado –
• 1/2 Cup Chopped Tomatoes –
• Dressing of Choice –
• Wraps (optional) –
• Chop Chicken into small bite size pieces.
• Mix remaining ingredients.
• Add chicken and your dressing of choice.
• Place on a wrap and fold.
• Enjoy as a salad or on a wrap.
