CommonGround volunteer Crystal Klug and her daughter share a recipe for Mango Peach Salsa with Pure Nebraska viewers.
- 1 ripe mango chopped
- 2 ripe peaches chopped
- 1 Roma tomato chopped
- 1/2 cup finely chopped red onion
- 1 jalapeño diced
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1/4 cup cilantro chopped
- Juice of 1 lime
- Combine all ingredients into a medium-sized bowl.
- Cover and refrigerate until serving.
- Enjoy with tortilla chips.
