CommonGround volunteer Jordan Classen shares her recipe for Mac, Corn and Cheese casserole with Pure Nebraska viewers.
- 2 cups uncooked macaroni
- 1 (15.25 oz.) can whole kernel corn
- 1 (14.75 oz.) can cream corn
- 1 cup shredded Velveeta
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- In a bowl mix all ingredients together.
- Transfer mixture into an un-greased 9 x 13 pan.
- Bake for 30 minutes or until noodles are soft.
