CommonGround Nebraska volunteer Paula Peterson shares her recipe for Chicken Mozzarella Salad Wrap with Pure Nebraska.
Ingredients
- 4.5 Ounces Cooked Chicken Breast
- 1 Ounce Mozzarella
- 1/2 Cup Spinach
- 1 1/2 Cup Chopped Avacado
- 1/2 Cup Chopped Tomatoes
- Dressing of Choice
- Wraps (optional)
Instructions
- Chop Chicken into small bite size pieces.
- Mix remaining ingredients.
- Add chicken and your dressing of choice.
- Place on a wrap and fold.
- Enjoy as a salad or on a wrap.
