CommonGround Nebraska volunteer Paula Peterson shares her recipe for Chicken Mozzarella Salad Wrap with Pure Nebraska.


  • 4.5 Ounces Cooked Chicken Breast
  • 1 Ounce Mozzarella
  • 1/2 Cup Spinach
  • 1 1/2 Cup Chopped Avacado
  • 1/2 Cup Chopped Tomatoes
  • Dressing of Choice
  • Wraps (optional)


  • Chop Chicken into small bite size pieces.
  • Mix remaining ingredients.
  • Add chicken and your dressing of choice.  
  • Place on a wrap and fold.
  • Enjoy as a salad or on a wrap.
