• 1 Pound Ground Beef –
• 16 Ounce Beans of choice (pinto, refried, cooked from Nebraska beans)) –
• 2 Cups Salsa of choice (homemade, diced tomatoes & green chilies, purchased salsa) –
• 8 Ounces Grated cheese of choice –
• 8 8-inch Flour tortillas –
• Brown and drain hamburger.
• Warm and mash beans. Add to brown beef.
• Add salsa and cook until desired consistency.
• At this point you can serve it warm, refrigerate or freeze for later.
• Serve on a flour tortilla with cheese, veggies, and fruit.
