• 1 1/2 lb. of ground beef –
• 1 large egg –
• ½ teaspoon salt –
• ¼ teaspoon pepper –
• ½ teaspoon of your favorite hamburger spice –
• Mix all ingredients into the ground beef. It is good to store in the refrigerator for several hours.
• Form your patties in three-ounce sections or balls. Place the balls on a cookie sheet and flatten.
• Place your stuffing ingredients in the center. Be careful to not over stuff your burger.
• Place another 3-ounce flattened patty on top of your stuffed burger and pinch the sides together.
• Turn your grill on medium heat. Once the grill is ready, cook your burgers for 4-5 minutes on each side.
• Make sure the burgers are cooked to an internal temperature of 165 degrees.
