• 2 cups flour –
• ¾ cup sugar –
• ¼ cup oil –
• ¾ cup milk –
• 2 ½ teaspoon baking powder –
• ¾ teaspoon salt –
• 1 egg –
• 1 cup blueberries –
• Topping –
• ¼ cup brown sugar –
• ¼ cup white sugar –
• ½ cup oatmeal –
• 1 teaspoon cinnamon –
• ¼ cup softened butter –
• Combine all your ingredients for the cake except the blueberries.
• Stir until completely mixed.
• Then fold in your blueberries.
• Pour into a greased 9 x 9 pan.
• Prepare the topping. Mix your sugars, oatmeal, and cinnamon together. Then with a fork, smash in your butter until everything has a little butter mixed with it. Sprinkle topping over the top of cake mixture. Bake at 375 degrees for 45-50 minutes.
