• 4 eggs well beaten –
• 3 cups sugar –
• 2 cups pumpkin – 1 can of 14 ½ to 16 oz. Size
• 1 cup salad oil – I use canola oil
• 2/3 cup cold water –
• ½ teaspoon baking powder –
• 2 teaspoons soda –
• 1 ½ teaspoon salt –
• 1 teaspoon cinnamon –
• 1 teaspoon cloves –
• 1 teaspoon nutmeg –
• 2 ½ cups flour –
• Beat eggs, add sugar, beat well
• Add pumpkin, water, oil and beat well
• Add dry ingredients and mix well
• Spray pans.
• Bake 350 degrees for 1 ½ hours if large pans. If small pans (takes about 6 small pans)
• Bake 45-50 minutes. Enjoy!
