Keys Freezer Corn
cut from the cob (4 dozen ears of corn gave me ~6 qt…. This really depends on the length of the cob, fullness of the ear, variety of sweet corn, etc.)
or 2 c. water
Combine all ingredients in large pot, say 6 or 8 qt.
Boil 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Cool in container with high sides in ice water bath.
Make ~ 3-4 pt.
