Mix all ingredients into the ground beef. It is good to store in the refrigerator for several hours.
Form your patties in three-ounce sections or balls. Place the balls on a cookie sheet and flatten.
Place your stuffing ingredients in the center. Be careful to not over stuff your burger.
Place another 3-ounce flattened patty on top of your stuffed burger and pinch the sides together.
Turn your grill on medium heat. Once the grill is ready, cook your burgers for 4-5 minutes on each side.
Make sure the burgers are cooked to an internal temperature of 165 degrees.
