Cream Sauce for Meatballs

Ingredients

butter
2
tbs
flour
ΒΌ
tsp
dried thyme
1
can chicken broth
2
tbs
minced parsley
Salt and pepper to taste
2/3
cup
whipping cream
Instructions
In sauce-pan melt butter.
Stir in flour, salt and pepper.
Add broth and cream.
Bring to boil.
Cook until gravy consistency.
Drain meatballs.
Pour sauce over meatballs.
Serve with mashed potatoes.
