About Morgan
Nelson, Nebraska
My passion for farming and agriculture developed as
a young child. Although I grew up in northwest Omaha,I spent a large chunk of my childhood helping out on my grandparents’ farm in Washington County. I graduated
from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln with a degree in agricultural leadership and a minor in agribusiness.
My husband Seth Gebers and I farm with his family near Nelson. We raise irrigated and dryland corn, soybeans, and wheat. We also utilize cover crops to improve our soil and assist with weed control.
Along with helping on the farm, I [also] work for a crop insurance company. In our free time, my family and I enjoy spending time with our dogs, attending Husker football and volleyball games, traveling and visiting family
and friends.
