  1. 1lb ground meat (lamb, beef, pork, or turkey)
  2. 1 can tomato soup
  3. 1 can corn or other left over veggies
  4. 2 cups instant Idaho potatoes
  1. Brown meat and drain if needed. (add dash of salt & pepper to taste)
  2. Put meat back in pan.
  3. In a bowl mix tomato soup and drained veggies. (you can heat on the stove or put in the microwave for 1:00
  4. Have your potatoes finished and still hot.
  5. Pour your soup/veggie mix on top of the meat and then top that with your mashed potatoes.
  6. Put on low/simmer heat for a few minutes to allow the dab of butter you put on the top to melt
