Pumpkin Bread
Ingredients
- 4 eggs well beaten
- 3 cups sugar
- 2 cups pumpkin 1 can of 14 ½ to 16 oz. Size
- 1 cup salad oil I use canola oil
- 2/3 cup cold water
- ½ teaspoon baking powder
- 2 teaspoons soda
- 1 ½ teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon cloves
- 1 teaspoon nutmeg
- 2 ½ cups flour
Instructions
- Beat eggs, add sugar, beat well
- Add pumpkin, water, oil and beat well
- Add dry ingredients and mix well
- Spray pans.
- Bake 350 degrees for 1 ½ hours if large pans. If small pans (takes about 6 small pans)
- Bake 45-50 minutes. Enjoy!
