Pumpkin Bread

Ingredients

  • 4 eggs well beaten
  • 3 cups sugar
  • 2 cups pumpkin (1 can of 14 ½ to 16 oz. Size)
  • 1 cup salad oil (I use canola oil)
  • 2/3 cup cold water
  • ½ teaspoon baking powder
  • 2 teaspoons soda
  • 1 ½ teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon cloves
  • 1 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 2 ½ cups flour

Instructions

  1. Beat eggs, add sugar, beat well
  2. Add pumpkin, water, oil and beat well
  3. Add dry ingredients and mix well
  4. Spray pans.
  5. Bake 350 degrees for 1 ½ hours if large pans. If small pans (takes about 6 small pans)
  6. Bake 45-50 minutes. Enjoy!
