No-Bake Christmas Ritz Cracker Cookies

Ingredients
  1. 1 Box of Ritz Crackers
  2. 1 Cup Creamy Peanut Butter
  3. 1 32 oz. Package of White Almond Bark
  4. 1 bag Green Candy Melts
  5. 1 bag Red Candy Melts
  6. Christmas Sprinkles
Instructions
  1. Lay the desired amount of Ritz crackers on wax paper and spread peanut butter on each one.
  2. Top with another Ritz cracker.
  3. Melt almond bark according to package directions, in a double boiler over low heat, or a microwave safe dish in the microwave.
  4. Dip the Ritz cracker sandwiches into the white chocolate and allow to cool.
  5. Melt green candy melts and dip each cookie halfway into the melted green candy melts.
  6. Immediately sprinkle the Christmas sprinkles on the green side of the cookie only.
  7. Let them cool while you heat the red candy melts in a pastry bag.
  8. Cut the end of the pastry bag and pipe the red onto the other half of the cookies.
