Apple Crisp

- 10 cups sliced & peeled Jonathan apples
- ¼ cup flour
- ½ tsp salt
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 tsp cinnamon
- Topping
- 1 cup oatmeal
- 1 cup flour
- 1 cup brown sugar
- ½ tsp baking soda
- ½ tsp baking powder
- ½ cup melted butter
- Mix apples, flour, salt, sugar, cinnamon.
- Pour apple mixture in a greased 9 x 13 pan. Set aside.
- Mix oatmeal, flour, brown sugar, baking soda, baking powder and melted butter.
- Arrange topping on top of apples in 9 x 13 pan.
- Bake at 350 degrees for one hour.
