Ingredients
  1. 10 cups sliced & peeled Jonathan apples
  2. ¼ cup flour
  3. ½ tsp salt
  4. 1 cup sugar
  5. 2 tsp cinnamon
  6. Topping
  7. 1 cup oatmeal
  8. 1 cup flour
  9. 1 cup brown sugar
  10. ½ tsp baking soda
  11. ½ tsp baking powder
  12. ½ cup melted butter
Instructions
  1. Mix apples, flour, salt, sugar, cinnamon.
  2. Pour apple mixture in a greased 9 x 13 pan. Set aside.
  3. Mix oatmeal, flour, brown sugar, baking soda, baking powder and melted butter.
  4. Arrange topping on top of apples in 9 x 13 pan.
  5. Bake at 350 degrees for one hour.
