Summer Blueberry Crockpot Bake
- 6 c. of Blueberries
- ½ c. Brown Sugar
- 1 TBSP. Cinnamon
- 2 TBSP. Corn Starch
- 1 can of biscuits
- 1 gallon of ice cream (vanilla)
- Mix the first four ingredients together and dump in the bottom of the crock pot. Add biscuits on top. Cook on high 2 ½ to 3 hours. Serve.
- Can also be served with a side of ice cream.
