Summer Blueberry Crockpot Bake

Ingredients
  1. 6 c. of Blueberries
  2. ½ c. Brown Sugar
  3. 1 TBSP. Cinnamon
  4. 2 TBSP. Corn Starch
  5. 1 can of biscuits
  6. 1 gallon of ice cream (vanilla)
Instructions
  1. Mix the first four ingredients together and dump in the bottom of the crock pot. Add biscuits on top. Cook on high 2 ½ to 3 hours. Serve.
Notes
  1. Can also be served with a side of ice cream.
