Ingredients
  

  • 4-5 Pounds Cubed Chuck Roast
  • 1 Box Beef Broth (Swanson Brand)
  • 1 Box Vegtable Broth (Swanson Brand)
  • 2 Packages Frozen Corn
  • 2 Packages Frozen Greenbeans
  • 1 Package Frozen Peas
  • 1 Can Diced Tomatoes (large can)
  • 2 Onions
  • 6 Carrots (sliced or chopped)
  • 6 Potatoes (cubed)
  • 1 Teaspoon Celery Salt
  • 1 Teaspoon Sweet Basil
  • 1 Teaspoon Garlic Salt

Instructions
 

  • Add all ingredients to the cropot.
  • Cook 3 hours in the crockpot on high or 8 hours on low.
